Washington Station – Located across Washington Pike from the Coventry Creek Development, these 36 ranch style condominiums are now under construction by one of Knoxville’s leading builders, Fairfax Development. This neighborhood offers floor plans in the 1,300-1,550 square foot range with prices starting from $154,900. The furnished model is now open. The Shops at Murphy Road – This 10 acre development at the intersection of Murphy Road and Washington Pike in northeast Knoxville will provide the types of retail and service business that a community will use on a daily basis. Buffat Mill Estates is ideal for active adults that want to plan for their future. The 76 acre neighborhood will include single family attached and detached homes, independent living apartments, an assisted living center and a rehabilitation facility. As part of the community there will be a recreation center that will contain a heated exercise pool, outdoor pool, hair salon, bank office, game rooms, a movie theater and a gym. Easterday Place – This is an infill neighborhood designed to compliment one of the most established residential areas in the City. It will have 46 condominiums directly opposite the West Haven Elementary School on Sisk Road just west of Pleasant Ridge Road. Wells Creek – This South Knox County site will be the first place in the Knox area to use the home design concept called “Big House”. The neighborhoodwas originally planned for 82 condominiums in a more typical townhome style but was redesigned to utilize the innovative designs of the Big House. The new plan for about 140 condominiums allows for more density but will use less impervious area than the standard design. The need and opportunity to provide more housing at this location was created when the long delayed improvements to John Sevier Highway were announced to begin during the initial grading of Wells Creek. In addition to better access, there was spectacular growth of both retail and employment at the intersection of John Sevier and Chapman Highway, less than a mile to the east. Wells Creek’s location is also about four miles east of the Alcoa Highway. This scenic highway provides direct access to the University of Tennessee, the Knoxville Airport, and to both the cities of Alcoa and Maryville. The first homes will be available in the summer of 2009.

Midway Road Commercial Center – This is a 10 acre commercial property located at the intersection of Midway Road and Thorngrove Pike and is only 1,000 feet north of exit 402 on I-40. This is the main entrance to the new 400 acre Knox County Business Park that will surround the 10 acres. The new Business Park will bring sewer and natural gas service to an area of over 5,000 acres in the Carter Community of East Knox County. The Woods at Bakertown / Bakertown Station – These two neighborhoods are at the intersection of Ball Camp Pike and Bakertown Road in the Karns Community. This property is extremely convenient but also very private. The families that will live here are only 5 miles to the Home Depot/Lowes/Target at Clinton Highway and only 4 miles to the Sam’s and Wal-Mart at I-40 and Walker Springs Road. The Estates is a 95 home neighborhood that is designed to fit into a heavily wooded hillside. Most of homes will adjoin areas that are permanently designated as open space and have back porches facing a wooded view. The Villas will be 80 Townhomes designed around a continually running stream. Ball Camp Plaza – This 31 acre property is just north of Bakertown Station along the east side of Bakertown Road. The approved zoning has a 20 acre commercial area and over 10 acres for apartments. The New Ball Camp Road, which is now under construction, bisects the commercial area for more than 1,000 feet and creates a 7 acre site on the north side, a 13 acre grocery site on the south side, and a signalized intersection with Bakertown Road. The New Ball Camp is a 5 lane cross county highway that will connect I-75, at the Callahan Road exit, on the east with the Pellissippi Parkway, at the Hardin Valley exit, on the west. When completed in 2011, it is estimated this new road will be used by more than 30,000 cars per day. The Bakertown Plaza site is surrounded by almost 1,000 homes that are under construction or planned. It is about 5 miles west of the large commercial intersection at Clinton Highway and about 4 miles north of the Sam’s Club and Super WalMart at the Walker Springs exit of I-40.

Anchor Villas – This planned community of approximately 100 townhouses will be started late 2008 on what has been described as the nicest condominium property in Farragut, Tennessee. This land adjoins the Farragut Walking Trail. It is across Turkey Creek Road from Anchor Park and Fort Loudon Lake. The entrance is on Turkey Creek Road about 1 mile west of the new Campbell Station Road intersection with Concord Road.
